At the Broad Institute, I am on the development team for clue.io, a cloud-based software platform that provides integrated access to data and analysis from over one million different perturbation experiments. One of my ongoing projects on the website is Command, a webapp designed to give users rapid input and output for specific biological questions with an easy-to-use syntax and user interface. By incorporating user feedback and usage data, I am actively improving the app by creating new commands to enable analysis and access to our data.
